Fruits and Vegetables

As many companies across the country, the company I work for is making a huge push for a healthier lifestyle.  Through our wellness program, we are all being encourage to lose weight, eat better, exercise more, etc.

Every six months we are required to complete a health assessment to see how we are doing.  It asks a million questions about our health, lifestyle, eating habits, exercise routine, and so on and so on.  I've never really taken the assessment seriously.

When we did our initial assessments, I had just found out I was pregnant with Bug so I knew all my numbers were messed up.  Six months later I was huge and pregnant and once again had inaccurate results.

The next time around I was coming off maternity leave and not feeling too great about myself so I didn't care too much.  But now I'm on board.  I want to create and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Based on today's assessment, I'm doing pretty good.  Except for one very important category.  In fact it was the only category that I didn't score in the "green".

I hate fruits and vegetables.  I don't eat them and I don't try them.  I can easily tell you the few fruits and vegetables I will eat: apples, watermelon, grapes, potatoes (I count those) and occasionally corn.  Yup, that's the entire list.

So, I'm asking for help.  I'm 34 years old and hate fruits and vegetables.  Give me some creative ways to get them into my diet.  How can I make them taste better and how can I force myself to eat them?
